This lively talk brings scientists and designers together to examine the notion of place through the lens of art, science, and technology, and to explore how artists and scientists might work together to create solutions to some of the world’s most pressing issues. Featuring Cezanne Charles and John Marshall from rootoftwo (a hybrid design studio) in conversation with Zach Kaiser, Assistant Professor of Graphic Design and Experience Architecture at Michigan State University. The Intersection series is a partnership between MOCAD and Michigan State University’s Science Gallery Detroit.
